Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within same day (order by 3 PM MST). Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day are generally processed same-day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the following business day.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will make it right — no questions asked.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Email support@myfreedompeptides.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within one business day with a resolution.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
