Processing & Delivery

Orders placed before 3 PM MST Monday–Friday ship same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM MST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will make it right — no questions asked.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact support@myfreedompeptides.com immediately to request a cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Email support@myfreedompeptides.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within one business day with a resolution.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
